Outdoor Arts and Street Theater

DATechnical have done a vast range of work on combined arts and street theater projects for both festivals and events managing the delivery and commissioning of multiple projects across a large site and for Companies helping plan and delivery new work.

SO FESTIVAL

DATechnical have worked closely with East Lindsey District Council and more recently Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture for the last 8 years on the delivery of SO Festival. The Festival is a combined Arts Festival in East Lincolnshire held at the end of June over 10 days it brings Street Theater, Music, Games, installation and fun to the Region culminating in a weekend of free activity in Skegness. DATechncial work on Production and Safety management for the festival and provide a large team of Site managers, crew, artist liaison, production coordinators, drivers, engineers, technicians and more to deliver this complex process.

RUSH

DATechnical have a close working relationship with Southpaw Dance company who produce stunning cross genre dance work for both indoors and outdoors. We have worked closely on a number of Southpaws large scale projects notably Rush which was a commissioned Large Scale community event in South Shields for Cultural Spring. Rush brought over 100 participants together and created an impressive piece about mass action with dance, projection, pyro, water and Coloured powder. DATechnical provided production management and technical design for the show and staff to deliver the production.
